Managing Difficult Dialogues in the Classroom

The Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning invites Yale faculty to a workshop exploring teaching strategies around difficult dialogues and challenging content in the classroom. The workshop is hosted at the Poorvu Center as part of its Vision 2020 initiative, which seeks to promote effective teaching and learning strategies around difficult classroom dialogues. Participants will discuss common challenges, discover new research around these issues, and explore resources and approaches in support of their teaching.
