Event description:
The emergence of COVID-19 has introduced new points of stress in student lives including issues of isolation, disruption, and trauma. This Vision 2020 workshop explores teaching strategies that faculty can adopt in order to help students focus on learning while affirming and managing emotions. Participants are invited to share their own teaching challenges in the context of pandemic and will depart with resources for consideration.
